Email hello@fillo.so for product questions, account help, data-protection requests, partnership questions, or help choosing the right SDK, API, CLI, or MCP setup. Include the public form id, request id, or documentation URL when it is safe to do so, but never email passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens, signed upload URLs, or respondent answers.

## Technical and account support

The Management API contract is published at https://fillo.so/openapi.json, and coding-agent setup begins at https://fillo.so/llms.txt. If the documented behavior and the service disagree, send the route, approximate time, and the response status so the issue can be traced without exposing respondent data.

## Security, privacy, and abuse

Security reports can be sent to hello@fillo.so with enough detail to reproduce the issue safely. Privacy and data-rights requests use the same monitored address; the privacy policy explains which party controls form responses. To report a public form used for phishing, spam, malware, harassment, or unlawful collection, use the dedicated abuse report so the form and evidence can be handled together.
