Airbnb separates an overall score from six hospitality ratings and a private note. Fillo replaces the hospitality categories with ease and expectations. Airbnb has not validated these product questions.
Soon after a booking, delivery, or other experience ends. Name the experience in the invitation.
Keep the three ratings separate. A high overall score can coexist with a problem; read the notes at every score. These product ratings are not comparable with Airbnb’s hospitality ratings.
