Frequently asked questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Free is €0 with no time limit and no card required. It includes unlimited visual-builder forms, up to 200 code-defined forms per workspace, and 200 completed responses a month.
What counts as a response?
One completed submission to one of your forms. Building, previewing, and partial entries do not count.
What happens if I go over?
Free includes 200 completed responses a month. Everything includes 5,000. Above that, each completed response costs €0.007 when billed in EUR or $0.008 when billed in USD — €7 or $8 per additional 1,000. We calculate from exact usage and round the monthly overage total to the nearest cent. At 5,001 responses your total is €35.01 or $39.01; at 6,000 it is €42 or $47. Your forms keep collecting.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Export to CSV on every plan. Your form setup and responses are yours.
Where is Fillo hosted?
Fillo runs on EU servers, and your form responses are stored there too. Uploaded files go to the storage you connect, such as Google Drive, Box, or an S3-compatible bucket.
Does a paid plan remove the “Powered by Fillo” badge?
Yes — as a choice, not automatically. Everything unlocks a workspace checkbox (Settings → Plan, or `fillo branding off` from an authenticated CLI) that hides the badge everywhere Fillo renders, embedded and hosted; the badge stays on until you turn it off. On Free it is always visible. Headless embedding, where Fillo renders no layout at all, never shows a badge on any plan.
How does the Everything trial work?
Everything is free for your first 30 days, with no card required. Before any charge, we'll ask you to add payment details to continue at €35 a month or $39 a month. You can switch back to Free instead.
Is headless embedding a paid feature?
No. Every embed method is free — the default renderer, custom fields, and headless composition with FilloProvider or createFormController. The Everything plan is about scale and polish: more responses per month, no badge, and priority support.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Export your responses to CSV any time — export works on every plan, before and after you decide. Uploaded files are already in storage you connect, like your own Drive or bucket, so they never depended on your Fillo plan in the first place.

The same published rate continues above 5,000: €0.007 or $0.008 for each extra completed response, calculated from exact usage. If your volume is a different shape entirely, write to hello@fillo.so and we'll work it out.
