Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Fillo, operated by Jafu ApS (“Fillo”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service, and early access

Fillo lets you build forms, render them inside your own product, and collect responses. The service is currently in early access (beta): it’s offered free, it may change, and features can be added or removed while we develop it.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate details and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for your workspace members.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't use Fillo to collect data unlawfully, or to build forms for phishing, spam, malware, or harassment.
• Don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or access data that isn't yours.
• Collect personal data only with a lawful basis, and tell your respondents how their data is used.
• Don't use Fillo for payment card numbers, protected health information, children's data, or special-category data unless you have the required legal basis and safeguards, and we have agreed in writing where a special agreement is needed.
• Follow all laws that apply to you and to the data you collect.

4. Your data

You own the forms you create and the responses you collect. For those responses you are the data controller and we are your processor under our Data Processing Agreement. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data to run the service for you. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Storage you connect

Uploaded files go to storage you connect (Google Drive, Box, or an S3-compatible bucket). You are responsible for that account, its access, and its costs. Fillo stores file metadata and a reference to each file, not a long-term copy of the file contents; authenticated downloads may stream through Fillo for providers that need it.

6. Fees

Fillo is free during early access. We’ll add paid plans later; if and when we do, we’ll give notice before any charge applies to you. See Pricing.

Forms rendered with Fillo show a “Powered by Fillo” attribution. You may not remove, hide, or obscure it on any plan — it stays on every Fillo-rendered form. Headless embedding — running Fillo’s engine with your own layout (e.g. FilloProvider / createFormController) — renders no Fillo layout, so the attribution does not apply there; it is available on every plan.

7. Availability

We work to keep Fillo available and reliable, but during early access it is provided without a formal service-level commitment. We may perform maintenance or change the service.

8. Termination

You can stop using Fillo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. You can export your responses before closing your account; after closure we delete your data as described in the DPA.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties, to the extent allowed by law — this is especially true while it’s in beta. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the greater of EUR 100 or the amount you paid Fillo in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; for material changes we’ll notify account holders. These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Questions: hello@fillo.so.
