Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated 26 September 2026
This policy explains how cancelling and refunds work for Fillo’s paid Everything plan. Fillo is operated by Jafu ApS, and this policy is part of our Terms of Service. Current prices are on Pricing.
Free plan and trial
The Free plan costs nothing and has no time limit. The 30-day Everything trial needs no payment details. If you don’t subscribe before the trial ends, the workspace returns to the Free plan automatically and nothing is charged.
Who processes your payment
Subscriptions are sold through Stripe’s Managed Payments service. Sold through Link, LLC (“Link”) is the merchant of record: your receipts and invoices show “Sold through Link”, and your card statement shows a charge starting with LINK.COM*. Refunds go back to the payment method you paid with and include any tax you paid.
Monthly subscriptions
- You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing & plan in the Fillo app.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for. You keep Everything until then.
- We don't refund partial months, unused time, or unused responses.
Yearly subscriptions
- If you ask within 14 days of your first yearly payment, or within 14 days of a yearly renewal, we refund that payment in full. The subscription then ends and the workspace returns to the Free plan.
- After those 14 days, you can still cancel at any time. The subscription runs to the end of the paid year, and we don't refund the remaining months.
- You'll get a reminder email before a yearly subscription renews.
Changing volume or billing period
- A change that raises the price, such as a larger volume, takes effect immediately. You pay the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period.
- A move to a smaller volume takes effect immediately. The unused part of the current period becomes a credit on your billing account that pays toward future invoices; it isn't refunded to your card.
- Switching from yearly to monthly billing at the same volume takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Going over your allowance
Going over your monthly response allowance never adds a charge and never stops your forms. We’ll suggest a larger volume; the choice to change is yours.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, it is retried and your workspace keeps Everything while it is. If the subscription ends unpaid, the workspace returns to the Free plan and your forms keep collecting.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@fillo.so from a workspace owner’s email address. Include the workspace name and the date of the charge. You can also contact Link support about a purchase whose receipt shows “Sold through Link”.
What happens to your data
Cancelling a subscription doesn’t delete anything. When the subscription ends, the workspace returns to the Free plan: forms keep collecting, responses and settings stay, and the “Powered by Fillo” badge returns on Fillo-rendered forms. To close a workspace or account entirely, cancel the subscription first, then delete it as described in the Terms of Service.
Your other rights
Nothing in this policy limits a right you have under applicable law, or under Link’s refund policy for purchases sold through Link. Where either gives you more, it applies.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date above. A change never reduces a refund you were already entitled to for a payment made before it.
