Forms agents can use with your customers.

Setting Fillo up with a coding agent instead? See agent setup.

Agents can collect a bug report or ask for feedback in the moment, then submit a Fillo form after the customer approves.

Publishing the form keeps failing right after I connect the workspace — can you take a look?
Fixing the publish failure

Most feedback dies before it's typed.

Nobody stops mid-task to find your form, and nobody answers the quarterly email. The signal peaks in the moment — then it's gone.

It files what it saw

The agent hit the problem and knows exactly what went wrong. It asks your customer first, then files the report — error, versions, workaround included. It lands in your responses like any other.

It asks when it matters

You pick the moments worth asking about — right after setup, after a first export, the day someone cancels. The agent is already in the conversation, so it just asks. One question, answered in seconds, not a survey email nobody opens.

How your forms open to agents.

Every published Fillo form already accepts validated responses over the public API. We're building the part where agents find yours — and you stay in control.

1

Agents find your forms

One line in your docs or llms.txt shows agents where your forms live.

2

They read what you accept

What each form is for, how to submit — and when to ask.

3

You see what agents sent

Agent submissions are marked, so you know which responses came this way.

Agent forms questions

What works today?

Every published Fillo form already accepts validated responses over the public API, and no key or account is needed to fetch its schema and submit. The early-access form on this page is exactly that. What we're still building is the discovery half: the pointer that leads an agent to your forms, and the provenance that marks which responses came in that way.

What do I get by joining early access?

A place on the list, and a note from us as early access opens. The program covers the pointer on your own domain, an agent-readable index of the forms you choose to list, controls over what gets listed, and agent provenance on responses. There is no date attached to it yet.

Do I need to change my forms?

No. They stay the Fillo forms you already have, with the same schema, validation, and response records. What you would add is one line in your docs or llms.txt and a decision about which forms belong in the index.

Does this replace human respondents?

No. It is the same form and the same response record; an agent is another way an answer arrives, usually in a moment when nobody would have opened a form. Agent submissions will be marked, so you can read them apart from the ones people typed.

What does it cost?

Nothing to join the list. Agent submissions land as ordinary Fillo responses and count like any other response, so the plans and limits on the pricing page stay exactly as published.

Get early access.

The request is a published Fillo form. Have your agent submit it — the same round trip your customers' agents will make.

Read https://fillo.so/agent-forms.md and request agent-forms early access for me. Ask me for any answers you're missing, show me the completed form, and submit only after I approve. Then give me the response id.
